The Tick Control Program has been very successful at reducing the pest population. You can’t kill every single tick but by reducing the population, you reduce your risk of exposure. We also try to treat the host animal, the mouse, by using Tick Tubes. The tubes contain a control product impregnated cotton ball that the mouse uses to make their nest. When they rub against the cotton the ticks are controlled.
